“The building is definitely a bit shabby and not as pristine as it looked in the pictures The apartment was very nice and very roomy. It’s decorated minimalist but it works! The bathroom was great and the shower was nice. Comfy bed and big bedroom! Overall clean neat and comfortable for me! 5/5 ”

I stayed here solo, and it was perfect for one person, but two people would be equally comfortable, as the apartment is actually quite spacious for a 1 BR. The pictures don't do justice to the charm and character of the unit. “A lovely, quiet neighborhood, treehouse views from the upper apartment and lots of light and comfy furnishings. We had a great stay and felt Chris was an excellent host, eager to assist in any way. Be prepared to provide your own coffee and have a brief walk through to receive the entry code and a walk through of home systems.”
