“Overall, the stay was disappointing except for the location. It may have been a decent place when it first opened, but it has clearly not been maintained at all. The bathroom fixtures were rusted, and the cleanliness was especially poor. There was dust and other people’s hair on the bed, so I requested a re-clean. “Great location”

“Expedia / Belvilla REFUSED to answer my question - 3 TIMES! I simply asked - 3 TIMES - What kind of facility will we stay at: Apartment, Home, Condo, Hotel, Motel. Well 3 times they said it would be accommodating and comfortable and fantastic. Well, no wonder they refused to answer. It turned out to be a run-down, loitering-people-filled, parked junk-cars -filled Motel. We left immediately, found another Hotel to use, AND Expedia/ Belvilla has not yet replied to our request for a FULL REFUND....
