The rooms have been redone, the 72 inch TV's with full cable including HBO/Cinemax was a nice Bonus, and the upgraded beds and linens were what i hoped for. The AC worked great and the location was literally within walking distance to Bandera's restaurants, and bars .. we will definitely stay there again ..

We had stayed here last year and it was in much better condition than now. The ice machine was not working, there was a half inch gap between the door and the door jam from the lock down, the restaurant was closed but it looked like they were trying to open again, there was what looked like dry rot on the door jam going into the bathroom, there was only one person at the front desk but was mia ex (left to get ice to put in the ice machine). The positive was the bed was clean and comfortable. Parking was good.

We were given a handicapped room when not requested which made showering for my 6 foot tall husband very difficult. The toilet leaked from the bottom with every flush so the floor was wet. We were only given one bath towel and when I called the desk for moor I was told to go find housekeeping to get extras. When I did find her, I had to beg for more than so I could wash my hair and she asked numerous times what my room number was - I felt like she thought I was going to steal her damn small bath towels. The bed was comfortable and a/c cooled fairly fast but it’s extremely unlikely we will ever stay again and we visit Bandera several times a year. Best Western was booked which is why we tried here.

Rooms are clean and quiet, if you are looking for the Ritz, this is not it. If you are looking for a nice place to stay in Bandara for a reasonable price, this is your place. I have stayed several times and have had great experiences all of those times.

The room smelled terrible from smoke. Evidently someone had smoked in the room,although a No Smoking sign was posted. We could Not watch TV ,the batteries in the remote were dead so the TV would Not turn on. The toilet was leaking water from the bottom of the toilet onto to the floor. I guess the only good experience was the bed was comfortable.

We stay at this motel because it is a convenient, decent option for when we come down to visit family. We are only in the room to sleep, shower, and change, so we don't spend very much time there. The family room suite that they have with 3 beds is the biggest selling point for us, because we have two teen/adult boys that do not like to share a bed. LOL. The other plus is that it is pet-friendly, and allows us to bring our two small-ish dogs. The beds and are comfy and clean. The only real issue I have is with the cleanliness of the bathroom area. The outer bathroom is fine, where the sinks and mirror are, but the inner bathroom where the toilet and tub are leaves some things to be desired. The back of the door, which you are looking at when using the toilet, is dirty with drips of something coming down the door, and the door frame is all dirty looking, as well as the baseboard. Towels are clean and feel nice. Shower pressure could be better. But, like I said, it serves its purpose for our stay.

De omgeving was goed, maar de kamers gedateerd en niet heel schoon. De WiFi was goed, maar wel telkens opnieuw inloggen. Er was verder geen mogelijkheid tot een snack of drinken. Alleen een ijsmachine.
