Studio completely renovated in March 2018, equipped for 2 adults and 2 children in a gated community with pool, bowling, park.  
  
The studio is located 230 meters from the beach and access to the creeks by the coastal path.   
Bandol tennis courts are 350 meters away. The port and the city center are 1200 meters away. The convenience shops are 300 meters away.  
A stop of "Bandol Bus" is near the residence and will lead you to the city center.  
  
The studio is located in a privileged environment with a supervised swimming pool, a park with ping-pong and boules pitch.  
Direct access to the sea can reach the beach located 230 meters.  
  
The studio comprises a living room with fitted kitchen and crockery, an entrance with cupboard and a bathroom.   
A sofa bed and 2 folding bunk beds can accommodate 2 adults + 2 children.  
A private outbuilding, exclusively reserved for the studio, can store Paddle and various beach and other objects.
