“Property was definitely older than indicated in listing. Frankly there was a lot of junk in the lobby areas. Room was spacious and housekeeping did a good job. Hot water was sketchy. Location to local mall was excellent as well as rapid transit system.”

“I booked this hotel due to the rating (9/10). It was far from that, the bed was as hard as the floor, the pillows were so bad we had to use our travel/plane pillows instead. The hotel was up a back street about 30mins by car from the city, with no other tourists around and the only shop was a 7eleven. The street was smelly and there was huge garbage piles everywhere next to the roads. I had paid for 2 tooms for 2 nights but left the next morning not caring about a refund for the 2nd night. In a……
