"I agree with all the other reviews that the owners were very friendly and extremely accommodating. The location is ok if you have a car and the condition of the property coincides with the price of the room. You get what you pay for."

"We stayed in the Chinatown room. It was absolutely stunning and comfortable, even though it might not have been properly cleaned - we found an empty water bottle under the bed.
The location is quite good - a 20-minute walk from Hua Mak skytrain station, it's going to get much better once a new MRT line is finished (the construction makes it difficult to reach some shops now).
When we return to Bangkok, we are surely going to try some other rooms. Great concept!"

"Near the airport but nice and quiet. There are various buildings with rooms all within a short walk of the breakfast restaurant. A good selection of Asian food freshly cooked and very tasty was available. The pool has many sun loungers and sun beds and a poolside bar. The staff were ultra friendly and helpful. "
"I had an incredible stay at this beautiful hotel — everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, and the service was outstanding from start to finish, especially the delicious breakfast each morning. My room Deluxe King room was perfect, and the hotel went above and beyond to make my solo birthday trip unforgettable, with thoughtful touches like a personalised card, birthday cake, and rose petals. It was a truly special experience that I’ll always remember, and I will definitely be returning to Valia Hotel next time I’m in Bangkok, thankyou."
"Everything was amazing. Best hotel we had ever stayed in, and they left us a gorgeous swan towel display on the best to congratulate us on our engagement. Clean, modern but classic, new, comfortable, convenient, great food delivered to the room and on the 50th floor, I could go on! We had a massage at the spa, I am tender today but I know it will have done me the world of good! The 7eleven in the building was also a big bonus. Honestly can’t recommend the place enough. "
"Breakfast not included. Elevators were biggest problem, running slow Otherwise this was the perfect stay. Staff is friendly, attentive, great service. I would stay here again. Location is also great with access to ferries up and down the river. Very convenient bc traffic is terrible. "
