Reception staff were rude and condescending, and it felt like they were trying to take advantage of guests. On top of that, there’s a nightclub right next door—our room literally shook from the bass until late at night. Definitely not a relaxing stay

Good and functional hotel near BKK airport

Good and clean hotel conveniently located 15 min from BKK airport with the complimentary airport shuttle. The room was spacious and functional - with all that is required for a comfortable overnight stay before catching an early flight.

Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The toilet was not secured to the floor and moved when using, I reported this to staff and it seemed they did not know.

We have stayed at the old property many times, liked the small pool and lovely bar. Now that they have moved, it isn’t as warm and inviting. The bar looks like it’s not ready to open, slippery floors around the pool. The beds are hard as a rock. Although it’s more modern etc, our room was tiny and I had booked a pool view, and ended up with one facing another building. They said I had booked a room at the old hotel which was false. Just didn’t like the new place and we will probably stay elsewhere next time.

Booked for a room. Arrived like 2 hour earlier. Asked an early check in if possible. They asked me to pay. Was not happy. Lady at the reception was not friendly. I didnt feel welcome so I booked a different hotel instead.

The room was big, in the older part of the building. The newer part the rooms are very nice, but small. Had dinner the meal was delicious. The a few beers using the room service, excellent.

いまどき部屋がコネクティングルームになっていて隣の音がほぼ聞こえます　到着の送迎は1時間間隔でタクシーで行きました　夜はクラブの爆音が深夜まで　フロントスタッフはよくないです　こっちから聞かないと何も言いません

Perfect for overnight transit

It s ok for one overnight transit. Close to airport, basic, not expensive! Bit run down but clean. Service was good and pleasant at the front desk. Area ok . Only downfall they don t answer emails or answer the phone so impossible to organise shuttle from airport so just take a taxi , it s cheap anyway. Good shuttle though to go to airport.
