I think the price is very reasonable. The biggest advantage is that both the BTS and MRT stations are within walking distance. However, the sidewalks from the stations are narrow and quite difficult to walk on, so those who are not used to walking around Bangkok should be careful. Depending on of the room, it may face the balcony of the neighboring apartment, so it may not get much sunlight. Also, the music from the pubs along Sukhumvit Soi 23 may be loud at night.

Home away from home.

This is basically my home away from home when I'm in Bangkok. Is it super fancy, no. But it is clean, quiet and does what it does very good. It is close to Asok which works super well as a hub. Close to BTS, MRT, shopping centers and night life. If you just want to hang around the pool you may want to choose an other place but who hangs around the pool in BKK, go to an dedicared relaxation destination instead.

It was ok but in the rooms you heard everything. The breakfast was good but nowhere to sit as staff didn’t clean often. One lady cooked the other day on her phone.

This hotel is great, the staff are top notch and super friendly. The rooms are ok but the area is terrible most of the pavements are broken, there is a constant smell of raw sewage and the cat calling of the masseurs is embarrassing.

Good hotel and friendly staff. Visiting my brother in Bangkok and had a great few days. I was looking for a hotel with gym and breakfast. Both were satisfying.

Great place to stay in Bangkok. Just far enough from nightlife. But easy walk to everything. The Suite was very nice for the price. Just wish the bidet was built into the toilet seat. But all of the staff was excellent and very friendly.

The property is modern and clean. Nice pool and decent sized rooms. The location is good and very central, just note this property is located very close to the red light district so don’t be surprised when you arrive as there are quite a lot of interesting looking massage parlours on the streets you’ll walk through to get there.

Good room. We were on floor 2 which was right next to the restaurant, gym and pool. Pool area very nice though the ash tray was full the couple of days we were there. Very close to Terminal 21 and Sukhumvit road, we’d happily return to this hotel.

It's convenient and close to Asoke station. The rooms are clean and I am satisfied. I don't have any complaints overall, but one thing I noticed is that it would be nice if there was soap in the bathroom. Also, the water provided is in a bottle, so it's hard to carry around outside.
