Was very difficult for my elderly parents to climb up the stairs to enter main living area with no rails to hold on to. Bathroom needed repairs. “We stayed here for my birthday/our babymoon. We really enjoyed our time. It's decorated very cute and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioner works great. We enjoyed taking walks around the nearby lakes. And there is an ice cream/coffee shop/arcade steps away from the cottage, which was fun to visit. “I felt like I walked into a hallmark movie when we arrived. The house was stunning and adorable. We went to the grocery and cooked most meals in but the kitchen had all we needed. Beds were comfy, linens were nice and loved having the extra beach gear. We had an amazing holiday week by the beach! ”

“This was our 2nd time staying here. The cabin is rustic but it is clean and had the basics we needed for a weekend getaway. It did the trick in helping us unwind from the hubbub of life and get back to experiencing the simple things in life. There was a nice breeze off the lake while we were there so we had the windows open and were quite comfortable. The cabin is right next to the boat launch so every now and then there’s the typical boat traffic going in/out of the lake but it didn’t intrude...
