“Check-in staff was unexperienced and couldn't find my reservation for quite some time. Had to seek help from other staff. So spent quite long at check-in. Otherwise in general the hotel is fine.”

Breakfast had very little options and variety. Tables were old and didn’t look clean. 24/7 Gym which looked so nice on hotel account on Expedia had locked chain hanging on its doors. “This is a very clean and pleasant hotel. I greatly appreciated the fact that the room was cleaned and the towels changed every day. I also appreciated the laundry service. The staff are genuinely friendly, but the language barrier—particularly regarding English—makes communication difficult. The Wi-Fi connection, however, is very poor. “The hotel has an excellent location and well-equipped facilities. Butler 00 also prepared towels and tea for us. Moreover, the breakfast exceeded my expectations—it offered a wide variety of options and tasted delicious, and you can’t find a better one among hotels of the same class! Additionally, the hotel has a laundry room and a gym, making it very suitable for travelers!”

“位置較偏遠，但對自駕遊的人士來說，非常之方便。停車場位置有充足的車位，在較前的位置也有充電位，非常友善。房間十分乾淨及大，對於新酒店來說，非常漂亮。但房間的空調需要跟進，我入住的那間房最低溫只能去到23度左右，整晚也不用蓋被。已向職員反映了，他們隨即說可換房間給我們，可惜即將check out, 故推掉了，但欣賞他們的即時跟進。此外，USB插頭不知為何整晚只能充20％電，建議酒店作出跟進及改善，避免其他住客也遇到這情況。”
