Always enjoy our stay at the Fullerton

There was only 1 staff at reception that was absolutely lovely & on the ball but failed to get his name he was excellent..the others were not so accommodating & the food was terrible especially the breakfast. We did not receive the complimentary bottle of wine either that was for the booking nor offered it’s a good thing we don’t drink anyway but it could of at least been offered.

The hotel is very modern, clean and relatively new. In a great location next to the train station and quick access to other locations via train tunnels. The rooms are fitted out with great technology- push button activated lights and blinds that completely blacken the room. There is an iPad in each room for access to guess services. The rooms are on the small side for storage and places to put your suitcases. Though, the amazing king supreme bed, which feels like you are sleeping on a cloud makes up for it. The hotel does not have single beds, but don’t worry in that king bed you won’t notice the person sleeping next you!! Service was wonderful I received thoughtful, helpful correspondence before I even arrived.

Nice enough small room, however if you are on the road-side (not the 'quiet side', which you can apparently request) then it is VERY noisey with or without the windows closed. Also, there is an Air Con system in each room...but it is locked and only able to be changed by the main control, so each room is way too hot and has no airflow.

It is in a great position handy to Circular Quay, Opera House and Botanical Gardens. The rooms were comfortable but need to be updated.
