We were very impressed with this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect. One of the highlights was the dining venue; a Michelin starred chef made dining an experience.

This is not a 5 star hotel. The overall condition is even worse than some 4 star hotels, especially the restaurants and breakfast. Some common things you have to order during breakfast and staff will not show you the order menu unless you ask. Expedia should also have some quality control mechanism to make sure overall quality of the 5 star hotel. As an expedia VIP guest, we often get a bottle of champagne after we check in the hotel. But we never open it since both my wife and I don’t drink alcohol at all. Could expedia change to have some fruit or soft drinks instead of champagne for us. Otherwise, the champagne is just a waste for us.
