This property was in an excellent location. Walkable to popular areas. We were able to store our luggage before and after check in and out which was a great peace of mind in a locked storage room. On the other side, there were ants in the room, the hair dryer and lock box did not work. It was a good bed, good shower and great location.

Omg, this hotel is built on paper, so noisy, everytime when you are in the room , when people moved their chairs, when they walk, when they talk, and the door whenever closed by the guest leaving the extreme sudden noise, I hate it that every morning the cleaning staff started at around 8am, imagine some more you wanted to sleep in but it’s impossible due to the room lack of sound proof , you can hear all the noises you can hear the left side of your room, the right side, the other side and above your room, I’ve traveled so many places but this is the noisiest hotel that I’ve ever stayed at, I will never stay here again and will never recommend to anyone.

I actually want to be nicer about my stay but since nobody reached out to me to make it right I am going to say it like it is. When we arrived the room was hot with a lot of flies. We fiddled with the AC and thought it started making a noise so went out. A little after 11pm we returned to a HOT room with no AC. The man at the front desk was nice and said there were no rooms but he could taxi us to another property. Told us to push real hard on the balcony doors so I did and voila the AC came on. Since it was late I said we would wait it out. About 1:30 am it was cool enough to put the sheet on. By 7 am we had soaked the bed in sweat because the AC had quit. Would have opened the balcony door/window but was afraid to let more flies in. And the alley neighbors were scary. I’ve always stayed on Las Ramblas and felt clean and safe. This was an awful stay. I’m certain they knew there was an issue with the room based on the staff comments when we checked out. They said the manager would be in contact. No such luck. PRO’s: water in room, bed good size, close to port, and a nice little breakfast area. CONs: hot, miserable, flies, no mini fridge or ice, not cheap, area unsafe (another guest had phone stolen walking back to hotel at night), alley unsavory, worse than motel 6.

I highly recommend this property. Their breakfast is amazing. The rooms are very clean and the staff is extremely helpful. If you travel to Barcelona, this is a good stay at a good price.

Very convenient location. Walking to La Rambla, shopping and hop on hop off us bus. Staff were excellent very courteous and friendly. Breakfast buffet is amazing including fresh orange juice. Highly recommend.
