The apartment includes a bright living room, two double bedrooms, a third room with a double bunk bed, and two modern bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for your stay, including a Nespresso coffee maker, oven, and dishwasher.

To ensure maximum comfort, the apartment also includes air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, and a safe. Access to upper floors is available by elevator.

In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
Tourist tax not included in the price.€6.88 per adult per night. Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €9.35 per person per night starting April 1st, 2026.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

This property has everything—clean, well equipped, and fantastic location. Check in and out was very easy, and we would definitely stay here again. The porch was an added bonus, and the shades make it usable even in warm weather. We also enjoyed the coffee shop and whisky bar next door.

This apartment suited my family of 5 well for our post cruise overnight in Barcelona. The manager communicated well through text and helped my family by arranging taxis as well. It was a spacious and clean space with a central location!

Lovely stay

What a wonderful apartment this is. Very beautiful. We were two couples traveling together. The space worked perfectly for us, and was quite lovely - definitely our favorite accommodation during our two week whirlwind tour of Spain. Communication and check in were great, and simple. If I have occasion to visit again, this apartment would be top on my list!

Spacious apartment in a great location

We loved our stay here. The apartment seemed even larger than in the photos, and having the terrace was a huge plus. Also, the apartment puts you in easy walking distance to amazing restaurants in L'Eixample, a visit to the Gothic Quarter, to the metro if you need to get somewhere further away like El Poble-Sec, or to the regional train system for a day trip. Check-in and checkout were seamless, including assistance getting a cab back to the airport.

I can't thank you enough for meeting us upon our arrival, for allowing us to store luggage until check in time and for your orientation to the apartment and surrounding neighborhood. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. I recommend, however, that the beautiful wood flooring you have be sanded and re-stained. It absolutely didn't affect our wonderful stay but it would bring the apartment up to the standards you seek.

Wonderful apartment in a great neighborhood

This apartment is large and beautiful as the pictures show. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The check in was flawless and communication was great. My daughter loved the bunk beds and we all enjoyed the balcony. The neighborhood is fantastic! Steps away is Cafe Onia and it is is a must visit. Great fresh food and friendly all around. Located about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the Ramblas, this apartment and location reminded me of why I love Barcelona so much. I only wished that we stayed longer. Thanks again for such a wonderful accommodation!

Great apartment for our stay. Clean and well furnished. We were met at the apt. At the appointed arrival time and give an overview of the apt by the management company representative. Everything was as stated. If I had a complaint/suggestion it would be that the primary bedroom bed has a slight body induced indention on one side of the mattress. I would suggest having that mattress replaced. I would recommend this place. There were 4 of us and there was plenty of room for more.

A place to rest

Who stayed: 48yo, 52yo, two 20yos, and a 22yo Size of apartment: pros - very large. Perfect for our group cons - none Kitchen amenities: pros - for what we needed, had the supplies on hand; cons - slow drain in sink, need two more dish towels for the week Bathroom: pros - awesome pressure and hot water; con - recommend non-slip shower stickers or bathrug and/or handle bar for the main bedroom bathroom. Have a disability and that was difficult to negotiate; used arrangement of hand towels to prevent from slipping. Washer/Dryer: pro - there is a washer/ dryer; con - it is an all-in- one dryer and best for drying cottons. Be sure to allow yourself extra time to hang dry items you do not want to shrink. Beds: pro- big and comfortable; cons - none Location: pro: we could walk to Tetuan or Urquinaona Metro Stations in 5-6 min, which eould take you anywhere in city in short amount of time. The furthest and longest trip was to Barcelona Sants station and that took us 20 min, from there we took a train to Girona. Also, within 2 blocks from our VRBO were excellent grocery stores. Cons - none Overall: we liked the size, location, and offering of our VRBO. Little things like the slippery floor and drain were simply inconveniences that come with the territory of renting a VRBO. The apartment is older and has wear and tear. But don't let that fool you. I have a severe dust allergy. Not once was it aggravated in this apartment.

Check-in was seamless — our host even coordinated a taxi from the cruise port so we could skip the long lines. She met us on arrival, helped store our luggage until check-in time, and made us feel right at home. The apartment was perfect for our adult family of four — spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathrooms were surprisingly large (a rare treat in Europe!) and the beds were cozy after long days exploring. Wi-Fi worked without a hitch, and while we didn’t cook, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. One of our favorite moments was relaxing on the porch — coffee in hand each morning and a cocktail in the late afternoon, watching the neighborhood come alive. The building felt safe and quiet, there was plenty of hot water, good air conditioning, and thoughtful touches like extra towels, toiletries, and even a welcome guide with local tips. The location couldn’t be better — walkable to great cafes, tapas bars, markets, and just a short stroll to major sights. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona!

The apartment is very nice. The patio is large and comfortable. We were met at the door early which was a bonus. Be aware that only one of the three bedrooms has an air conditioner. We had to leave our doors open in the other two bedrooms to be comfortable at night. The apartment was well-furnished including shampoo, soap, paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. It even had some Nespresso pods for the coffee maker for the first morning. There are grocery stores and cafes nearby and a whisky bar right downstairs. My only suggestion is to supply additional bath towels. Enjoy!

Our stay was perfecto! The place was clean and cool during the hot weather. Theirs is a little cafe next door for morning breakfast and other restaurants down the street. There are local and large grocery stores within walking distance. And many of the top tourist sites to see are within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment. It's in a great and safe location—just a short walk from many of the city's top sightseeing spots. The apartment itself has been beautifully renovated in recent years and feels modern and comfortable. The real highlight is the balcony—spacious and relaxing, it instantly puts you in vacation mode! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional throughout our stay. Although there's a security deposit processed through their private website, it was refunded promptly after we checked out, with no hassle at all. One of my friends on the trip enjoyed it so much, he’s already planning to come back with his family. That’s how great this place is—we can’t recommend it enough!

Great stay in a beautiful apartment

Great location, clean, well managed, properly stocked!! Six total adults with zero issues. A beautiful terrace with ample furniture for relaxing outside. Highly recommended!! If we visit Barcelona again we will come back here for sure. The only thing to consider is that the washer/dryer is one unit and the dryer does not work at all (not just this location, but the overall design of the unit).. we did as the locals do and hung our stuff out to dry...

Convenient, clean & quiet

The apartment is lovely. Has the basics you expect in Europe. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to. What was exceptional was the management company. They arranged all our transportation, came by the next day to complete and few things. Very professional. Our flight was delayed 6 hours and we did not arrive at the apartment until 1am. They contacted our transportation and all way taken care of. Very pleased and would stay again.
