“This is a great apartment right in the middle of Gaslamp close to all the activity. Walking distance to transit, a grocery, the convention center, and all the weekend markets. It was clean and comfortable, and as someone staying longer, it had everything I needed. Thanks for the great stay!”

“The listing was as one bedroom but it was a studio type all what’s inside was old bed almost 7 to 10 inches from ground with 68 years old man it was very hard to get up the host Arlena was great host she was helpful but the studio in a bad area a lots of dangers homeless and train station under the building makes you can’t sleep or rest 24/7 I have so many pictures and videos if you want to see it I hope Arlena will help at ather locations because she’s the good thing in this studio Location……

“We loved staying here! The loft is perfectly located in the gaslamp district and we could walk or take the tram anywhere we wanted to go. We walked to restaurants, the ballpark, the Marina, Little Italy, nightclubs, restaurants, coffee shops, the ferry launch, the grocery store— so easy. The kitchen is has full-sized appliances and a bar-height table and 2 comfortable bar stools, so it was convenient to cook and eat in. The owner allowed us to bring our little dog. The owner’s parents greeted us……

“We enjoyed our stay in this lovely space. It is located within walking distance of many of the places on our to do list. We enjoy walking the harbor, finding good coffee shops, Rooftop views & visiting Little Italy, plus Petco Park & much more. It's a plus to have a secure parking space.”

“Clean and comfortable corner condo with lots of windows. Great having 24/7 security at the door and they were always friendly and helpful. Condo was well-supplied with kitchen wares and linens as well as abundance of paper goods, cleaning supplies and detergents. A major glitch on check-in occurred when the unit was not ready on time for us because the previous renters did not leave on time. The prop mgr communicated well with us but it was a real hassle. We also did not realize the TVs were all……

“The stay was perfect. The location was great. The townhome was very clean and roomy. Most of all the host Justin was very outgoing and very accommodating. Answered all of our questions and made the stay very easy and worry free. Would stay again and recommend to anyone looking to stay downtown. ”

“There is no elevator and the apartment is on the third floor, so there are a lot of stairs to get up to it. Everyone that we encountered that lives in the apartment building was very nice. There were some issues, but they were taking care of the next day. There was a lot of car and airplane noise. Is a pretty good location, close to South Park and maybe 10 to 15 min. To a lot of shopping. All and all we were comfortable there.”
