The tv did not work so after half an hour the manager replaced the tv but it still did not work. The room smelt and was filthy . The headboard was disgusting. There was no hot or even warm water from the taps after running for several minutes and the shower if you dared step into when turned on or off not sure as cord wouldnt pull or light up, water came out of the control box inside the cubicle and not the hose and head. I would not recommend anyone to stay here and i do not think it should be advertised on booking sites without being checked. We booked into another hotel the same evening at 11.50 when we realised staying there was unacceptable. I have invoice of new booking and would like a full refund please as our booking was not honoured and was unacceptable.
