“Clean basic room, twin beds were not overly comfortable as felt leaning one way!! But cheap and easy, right by station. Could have used a glass in room to get some water to drink. Overall it was what it said on the tin so to speak!”
“The room was perfectly clean and so was the shared communal space. Check-in process was extremely simple and information was given with plenty of time in advance. Plenty of shops and takeaways nearby. High recommend if a hotel stay is out budget.”
“The advertised hotel was not what we received. On arrival the building seemed to be rundown not like the photos. We complained about the lack of car parking, and had to park in a car park 200 mtrs away. The first room, the toilet was not working, the room was in need of a face lift, looked unclean. Second room was not much better, the shower had no screen so water was spilling on the floor. The toilet need to be cleaned. The staff, when you could find them had no idea about customer service.……
