“The property was very clean and so nicely decorated. It was truly very cozy! The kitchen was fine, but they don't have a large frying pan if you're cooking for a crowd. The hot tub and pizza oven were great. But we didn't realize we needed a waiver for the pizza oven. The beds were super comfortable and the location was perfect for us to get to the White Ski Areas as well as Sunday River in Maine. Downtown North Conway has some cute shops and restaurants. Overall, I'd recommend! ”

Response to messages was prompt, directions were easy, 10 minutes away from Lincoln, beautiful views right on the Brook. This place never disappoints. Excellent service and experience.”
