"An absolutely wonderful place to stay. The service was exceptional and the staff could not have been more attentive throughout my time at the hotel (organising activities, in the restaurant and generally just checking in to make sure everything was okay). The rooms are not the most beautiful, but the grounds of the hotel and the reserve are stunning. The wildlife on site is incredible. There is a very handy shuttle bus that takes you to the national park and the beach which was very efficient and convenient. "

"This place is absolutely beautiful and just a 5-minute walk from the beach, offering stunning ocean views. The staff are so friendly, and the breakfast buffet included delicious papaya and mango. "

"Where this property is situated makes the view of the ocean even better! The staff are nice and you just can’t match it with any other place. From having animal visitors like the monkeys or seeing the birds, it really is an incredible place. The only thing I would have to call out is in the evening at night there are these beatle/spider looking bugs and the rooms for some reason have an opening that they can easily enter. I was able to block them after spraying Lysol and covering the hole with tissues. I know it’s expected to have bugs around but that small gap on the bottom of the door is what threw us off. Other than that, the ocean view room was incredible and I can’t wait to go back with my family this time around! "

"No staff in site anywhere after check in and you hadcto get towel for pool at front desk. Restaurant bar disgusting, foul smell off and on when sitting at bar, stale wine, no alcohol at bar looked clised for good, matress disgusting in room, front desk rude... breakfast good and Justin ( delivered breakfast) and Roy amazing ( pool bartender) when they finally had one the day i checked out"

"Parkings easy and close by. Location cannot be beat. Area around the hotel is nice and there are restaurants bars and shops. Beach is literally across the street and the national park entrance is around the corner. Theres a restaurant attached the the hotel with yummy food. View from the first floor is next to nonexistent but who cares walk across the street if you want to see the beach. AC which is a nice respite after a hike or a swim. No fridge which is less than ideal but so many other parts of the hotel make up for any lack of view or fridge. Staff are nice enough and helped me with the SINAC website. "
