![We were at the end of our Panama/Costa Rica trip and had actually just decided to cut it short because I was starting to feel sick. But we had this last hike to try out and I was just hoping both that I would feel well enough and also that our car would be able to make it back on the very steep gravel road back from the parking spot (after almost getting stuck around Monteverde earlier on the trip). As we’ve been getting used to we were first to arrive so we had this awesome place completely to ourselves for a little while in the morning before other tourists started to drop in. It really felt like a fairytale. “I stayed here for four nights. My room and the bathrooms were very clean. Constantly saw workers throughout the day cleaning the bathrooms. The showers were always spotless. Felt super comfortable staying here as a solo female traveler. LOVED the included breakfast in the mornings- two plates of food and a cup of coffee. Tap water from the bathroom sink was perfectly fine to drink. Walking distance to the national park and beach. Very quiet in the evenings, had no issues falling asleep. Loved……

“This property is at an intersection on a main road and a bus stop shelter built into the facade in front of the hotel. Lots of steps to climb so keep that in mind with luggage. It is not near any markets or restaurants. Some rooms are renovated and others are not. The sliding doors have no screens and there and no privacy sheers. The unit was clean as well as the pool area and the manager was a rock star.”

“La habitación estaba bien, es bonita y acogedora. Sin embargo, se debe de mejorar la atención al cliente como por ejemplo dar con anterioridad el código de acceso al portón, brindar contraseña de Wifi. Yo llamé antes de hacer la reservación consultando si se requería vehículo 4x4 y me indicaron que no, pero al llegar al lugar si se requiere por que hay una cuesta demasiado pronunciada. Además no me gusto que se debe de caminar bastante, bajar y subir gradas para poder llegar a las habitaciones.”

![We were at the end of our Panama/Costa Rica trip and had actually just decided to cut it short because I was starting to feel sick. But we had this last hike to try out and I was just hoping both that I would feel well enough and also that our car would be able to make it back on the very steep gravel road back from the parking spot (after almost getting stuck around Monteverde earlier on the trip). As we’ve been getting used to we were first to arrive so we had this awesome place completely to ourselves for a little while in the morning before other tourists started to drop in. It really felt like a fairytale.
