Fantastic location, wonderful staff, and great vegetarian breakfast! We had a fantastic stay here and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel is situated in a very central location, making it super easy to explore the city on foot/public transport with complimentary Basel travel card. Even better, it’s just a short walk down to the River Rhine, which was a huge highlight for us—we loved being able to easily head down for a refreshing dip in the river! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, always ready with a smile and helpful tips. To top it all off, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of amazing options for vegetarians. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel in central Basel. Excellent service. We arrived late at night and most restaurants nearby close at 10pm but the hotel bar served light meals and drinks until 11pm. Slept really well and breakfast included everything on our list. The only thing that might cause problems is that the trams stop outside the hotel. Those who are light sleepers may want to book a room toward the other side. In summary, this hotel is a bit pricey but definitely worth it.

Booked at 10pm and checked in at 12am as we came into Basel late - front desk gentleman was super great. Helped with directing parking (our car was higher than 1.9m so the basement hotel parking wasn’t possible but concierge send us to one nearby Claramatte(?) 5 minutes walk away which was fine (overnight 10pm-7am was €1.50 per hour. Hotel was clean, bright modern decor. Wife was very very happy with bathroom lighting as other premium hotels we’ve been in the past had quite dark lighting so didn’t help for make up but Pullman Basel was rated best for her. Breakfast was simple and reasonably priced. Trams stopped directly outside and train stations nearby but we didn’t hear any noise (and we were on second floor). Overall great experience and sleep. Complimentary water and Nespresso.

Great hotel in a great location in Basel, near the Messe and lots of cute neighborhoods and restaurants. Right on several tram lines and a short walk to the river. More business than boutique hotel, but friendly, clean, and modern with spacious rooms. I had a room with a balcony on the back of the building, very quiet and looks out over an internal courtyard and other buildings.
