“Cleaning and reseption personal was very nice and polite. Room was nice. If something it would be nice if one pool’s water could be a little bit more warm (as I am use to have in Viterbo spas). ”

“We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Donatello. Right away when entering we found friendly helpful staff. Upon entering our room it was apparent it was clean. The location is perfectly located, easy to get anywhere!! Breakfast was delicious always fresh and again staff were always very friendly and polite!”

“This property had its day but long passed now. The spa area is very dirty. Unscrubbed tiles, unkempt grounds & outdoor common areas. The thermal pools were lukewarm, dirty, & jets not fully functioning. The lobby area and dining room are nice but staff is rude and haughty with the impression they are still in the grandiose days of yore.”

Siamo stati riprotetti in questo hotel da Expedia, eravamo prenotati al victoria in un appartamento con camera separata, soggiorno cucina, ed una vera piscina… e siamo finiti in questo posto in una camerina da ostello con matrimoniale e due letti singili per i bambini.”

“The rooms are very clean and the fact it was so close to the sanctuary of Saint Anthony was a huge Plus. However, I didn’t realise that it wasn’t a 24 hour reception and so the traditional perks of a hotel were absent. As in calling for a taxi or any particular information about the local area. But I think this was probably in the information and I must’ve overlooked it. One thing I have to say was there was a strange smell within my bedroom and when I went to bed, my clothes had a strange smell……

“酒店整體服務十分好，員工誠信特別高，我忘記帶腰帶銀包外出，內有現金英磅和歐元，回來還是原封不動，十分感謝29/10早上打理房間的員工。 只是整座大廈有點舊，升降機需要更新或維修，因為七個朋友包括我一起被困半小時😂”
