“The property does not have breakfast, which i paid for as an option. The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The toilets were stained and missing a seat. And the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. Left after one night and only stayed that long to find a different place to stay.”

“Absolutely wonderful stay! This is place was beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing with a picture perfect bay view. Waking up to such a peaceful view made the experience truly amazing. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The host and staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Everything felt thoughtfully managed, from the service to the overall atmosphere. “There was no laundry (stack unit) as described in the listing, when requesting assistance and compensation for the missing amenity was told to ‘go complain to Expedia’ Room was very clean, only provided one towel per person, WiFi code was changed daily and had to walk 4 flights of stairs to get new code each morning. Communication with front desk was difficult, air con worked good, no elevator for guest use available.”

“I booked for room facing the swimming pool but I didn't get it right. They gave me a room on 17th floor not facing the pool only city view. Room is quiet good and comfy except that no TV remote control provided, no extra bed, lacking kitchen utensils like knife, exhaust in kitchen not working. But the owner is very kind accommodating and responsive. ”
