“Sad to say but the property was totally neglected. The toilet is dirty and the shower pipe and towel rack are broken. The ac has very dirty filter that’s why it can’t cool the room. The pull out bed can’t be pull as there was no space to pull out the bed. Smelly closet/wardrobe and overall very disappointing ”

This may be a building wide central water heater problem. The water is barely warm once it gets there. The WiFi didn’t work, no internet. So the TV didn’t provide anything to watch. “We were very pleased with this little place. It is in a nice, gated community. It was very clean, well decorated, and had an in-toilet bidet. There is also a sari-sari store on the property which is nice if you need to buy something and you don't want to go out. Rose was a great host and very accommodating. We highly recommend this place.”
