Welcome to a safe and quiet Home!


This brand new Bellacosa smart home with 4 bed & 3 bath, 2 car enclosed garage with a remote control features a beautiful Lakefront backyard with patio located in Shenandoah area a family friendly community in east Baton Rouge.

free highspeed wifi with all full sized appliances and fully equipped and full sized bed, bath, kitchen, laundry rooms with a 2 cars garage and 2 cars in driveway. This home boasts 2150 sqft and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests.

Home is easy access to I-10 and I-12.
3 minutes to Celebrity Theaters, restaurants, Wal-mart, Albertsons market. Library is near by. 6 minutes to Forest community park.
7 miles to Perkins Rowes and the Mall of La
13 miles to LSU tiger stadium, 15 miles to downtown Baton Rouge.No pool is available in the winter season.

Perfect Stay

Booked to attend a baseball tournament. Centrally located for our tournaments, visits to downtown Baton Rouge and about an hour to New Orleans. Very clean and a nice 4 bedroom layout.

Wedding Weekend Stay

Oh my gosh, I booked this home for my son and his fiancé' for their wedding weekend. It was absolutely perfect! The girls were able to get dressed here for the event and then the couple stayed the weekend. The place was just as described online -very clean - plenty of room - it was just perfect!! The couple was overjoyed with the accommodations. The host was exceptional to work with - would absolutely recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

AWESOME

We came down to Baton Rouge for the national bowling tournament. There was four couples in all and Mike’s place was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet, clean and conveniently located near markets (5min) and casino (20-30min). Mike was also quick to respond with any questions that we had.

Graduation weekend.

We were there for long weekend. Room for grandma and grandpa and aunt and uncle. Very clean and everyone had their own bathroom. Quiet neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen. About 25-35 minute drive to LSU. Depending on traffic.

Beautiful and comfortable home located in a safe friendly neighborhood. Large space to fit a family of 7 without compromise. Patio relaxing with small fire pit available. Kitchen perfect for home meals. Yet restaurants and shopping less than a mile away if needed.

Beautifully stocked new home

It was perfect for our family of 8 for Thanksgiving; everything we needed in the kitchen was there and the layout of the bedrooms was great for everyone to be together but also have their own retreat. Loved the small den near the front where the teens could game, while the adults were cooking and watching football. Highly recommend.

Great house in Baton Rouge

This house was very nice. Brand new! Nicely decorated, layout was open and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked and had starter packs for everything. A nice touch was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all bathrooms. The kids loved the pool! We will definitely stay again.

Awesome layout

The house was awesome. Great layout with so many sleeping and bathroom options. Only downside was the neighborhood. During the day and at night were very different. But the back patio was a beautiful respite in the evening.

The property was perfect for my family and I. Close to restaurants and shopping and to LSU. We loved it and will come back again. Great TV's with options, kitchen appliances all new and clean. Nice little deck to sit out in the morning with coffee and look out over the water, lots of birds on the little canal. Mike was always accessible and very attentive. Even checked in with us after we left and asked for any suggestions to make our stay better, I had none! Used the pool once, very nice too. We will be back!
