The beds are comfortable, water has good pressure and it was very clean. I would recommend the owner put blinds or shades that can be closed at night on the lower floor. It gave all the kids space to run around and not be on top of each other. Each person had their own bed and they were all very comfortable. I loved how we had a garage to park our car in at night.
