The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was very spacious, but the lighting made it feel a bit dark, and the room could have been cleaner. The breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the variety of options. Overall, I had a good experience and would stay here again.

i appreciate the staff first and foremost. i had an issue with my shower leaking onto the bathroom floor in my room and they moved me to an upgraded room which was a suite which was even better because i came with a pet. everything was cleaned and to my liking.

Unfortunately, some of the reviews I read were true. 1st room: Sheets were still wet, the mildew smell was extremely strong, immediately moved to second room. 2nd room: Strong mildew smell and again sheets were damp too tired to complain. Next morning we let the front desk know moved to a third room once we came back that night, and mildew smell mixed with pinesol and visible mold all along the walls it was awful! Customer service was amazing though💕

Stay was nice and staff were helpful, polite & very courteous. However, regarding housekeeping; the towels didn’t appear as clean and when showering the water ran out the tub to the bathroom floor. Leaving us to use towels to dry shower water from bathroom floor. Other than that the stay was okay with very pleasant guests & staff.
