My family of 4 arrived at midnight (I called ahead and told them we would be checking in late). Aaron checked us in and told us that, although I had booked 2 queens 2 months ago, there were no more available and we would only have 1 king. My kids are 10 and 14- not toddler size. When I became upset, Aaron told me that I was “just being emotional” and I should be grateful that he even had a room for me. Although we paid $400 for that ONE night (it had already been taken out of my account), we drive 1 1/2 home. Aaron could have handled the situation so much more appropriately, but chose to be a jerk. Will also be making a call to holiday inn. Won’t be back.
