The houses are all new. The inside was a great layout for 2 families with living downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. We liked that there were plenty of bathrooms. The furnishings and decor was current. We would have liked to have ceiling fans in all bedrooms and for the AC to go lower. Parking was tight. The price was very high. It met our needs but be aware that all 4 bedrooms are up a steep set of stairs. My husband with a bad knee had some trouble getting up and down them. FYI. There are not any outside areas and it's a townhome, so the neighbors share the walls on one side. The beds and couch were very comfortable.
