“It could have been cleaned a little better. There was other peoples hair in the shower and random places around the room along with other peoples personal effects found behind the curtains & under the bed and our room had a horrible smell. Otherwise, hotel was very well kept. Staff was VERY nice, polite, & professional. Handled everything promptly & professionally. Room service was amazing! Would stay again.”

“The bar in the middle of the casino, should be mindful that there are customers waiting to be attended to. Just keep in mind that there are other people over there. Beside myself, I saw two couples get up and leave the bar after waiting and my guest and I also left the area. We even got her attention but she was taking she time to come over. Look like she was only talking and playing around with other people on the other side. Hopefully this will be addressed in a staff meeting.”
