"Very nice hosts, the place was so clean and had everything we needed, and really easy to get to. We had 3 adults and 2 kids and there was tons of space for everyone. The beds were so comfortable, coffee and sugar was provided, and even netflix for the guests. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Nanaimo!"

The free continental breakfast left a bit to be desired (margarine no butter?!?!!), juice machine broken, a lot of sugary options. But we got a great night's sleep, room was huge and super clean and quiet. Very close to the ferry. We would stay here again!!!"

"This is the hotel all Best Western Hotels should emulate. A first class facility with excellent staff who understand customer service. There are also little touches that are appreciated. For example, the Breakfast has both gluten free options available and the hot items have the ingredients listed. This is important for people who have allergies."

"The room was clean and quiet. Check-in and check out were fast and easy. Secure parking is a huge plus especially in bad weather. I have stayed here many times and it's always low cost and quiet, so easy to sleep."
