"AC was not turned on before we arrived. Room in attic was hot and smelly. Noticed that the curtains were covered in mold when going to turn the AC on. Bathroom floor was dirty and skylight was moist and letting in water from the rain. We left and did not return. Took 3 hours for someone from management ..."
