Would like to stay in one other these hotels without issue. Elevator broken. Breakfast was not acceptable no protein, no bananas or melon and sugar filled yogurt. Eggs were hard boiled. Really!

The room was clean, beds comfortable, and quiet enough for restful sleep. We did not use the gym or partake in the breakfast but the coffee/drink station in the lobby was well stocked and clean. Definitely will stay again.

Reserved a handicapped room. Arrived and the elevator was not working. Why have handicapped rooms on the 2nd & 3rd floor? Arrived at room 230 to find the toilet not working. The water had been shut off! House keeping got the water turned on. Only to find the fitting was leaking. Unable to fix so they provided towels. By 4:00 the entire room was covered in 1/2 water. Unacceptable!

The elevator was broken. We were on the 3rd floor. The doors to the stairs slammed all night with people coming in and out. It was impossible to sleep. The trash picks up at 4am and is so loud.

The staff was ... okay. The check-in desk was vacant when we arrived, and although three uniformed staffers were standing within line of sight, none acknowledged our presence or offered help. Finally, we literally called the front desk and said "We're here." A couple minutes later, the woman finally showed up.
