There was paint peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom and the faucet dripped even after trying to tighten the handle. The staff could be more professional in dress and communication. They were helpful. The fitness room was great to have and used the treadmill. We appreciated the water and cookies after a long drive. Great location off the highway and near restaurants.

The room was amazing! Impeccably cleaned, no worn spot or corners needing paint. Blinds worked, etc. Staff we met were very friendly and helpful but not excessively so. Hampton Inn is our preferred place to stay, so glad we could add this hotel to our list of outstanding locations. Our only complaint is with what Hampton Inn provides for breakfast. It is always the same thing. Thankfully there was oatmeal and yogurt. We'd like to see HI offer more variety in breakfast protein options, as well as more variety in fresh fruit. This has nothing to do with the Beckley location, however.
