"This is the lowest priced national chain in the area by 15.00 a night. Things like a missing lamp shade in the room and not enough plugins for chargers and appliances provided in room make it less appealing. The price per night doesn't fully make up for that. "The room was nice but I tried to set the A/C / heater to less then 69 while on the heat setting and it would only plow cold air until I moved it back to 69 degrees. "The Glade Springs property is very nice. We enjoyed the convenience of entertainment activities and eating options withing short driving or walking distances from the Inn.Make sure to plan for the extra cost to use the on grounds activities such as bowling, laser tag and arcade. We ate at the Inn, The Glade and Bunkers. The food was delicious at all three places. Bunkers was our favorite. We would have given the Glade Springs Resort an excellent review if the house keeping wasn't so bad. We moved the corner chair for our comfort and there was an empty wine bottle. While lying in bed, I looked over behind the night stand and there was a blue narcotic pill and trash. The tubs and sinks had previous guests hair. Clearly the housekeeping is bad at this resort. I brought my own Clorox wipes in preparation of COVID. We had a great stay other than the cleanliness of our room. Linens were clean. "I wasn't expecting anything great, based on reviews and the price. I just wanted somewhere cheap for a quick trip. It was about what I expected. Maybe a little dirtier. There was an earring back and some small junk on the floor that a vacuum would have taken care of. The bed sheets and blankets had some stains and cigarette Burns in a non smoking room. However, the bed was comfy, ac worked great, and the bathroom was in good shape and clean. Check in was fine, things were pretty quiet.
