“This was the worst stays I’ve had. This was a pay up arrival. The hotel took my money out 12 hours before even arriving. I tried to receive at least a discount as half of the amenities did not work and they were apparently not able to switch rooms. The manager Mr. David was terrible and not accommodating at all. Stating the third party took our funds when that was not the case at all. I highly DO NOT recommend staying at this hotel.”

“It was stinky and dirty. Drapes falling off the rod, edges of furniture peeling and falling off, broken window pane. Floor so dirty I bought socks. Stayed 5 days no one entered my room , trash never dumped, trash in the hall one day. Plus side air was cold water got hot. I have pictures it was so bad. Only worse hotel I’ve stayed in was a state run roach infested one on Moscow. Very sketchy people in the halls at times. Not at all like the pictures.”

“House was good, I had to reach out to the host to get the check in information. Easy to find and great location to everything without being too close. It had a few small areas that could have used a little more cleaning, like stains on the comforters and some dirt and grass here and there. There was also no fans in any of the room, the AC and heat runs well though, however the house definitely has a little bit of a moisture issue. But it met our needs for a one night landing pad for the weekend.……

“The host was not reachable. The contact details in the listing were not accurate. The WiFi password was not correct, TV didn't work because it hadn't been updated, coffee container was mostly empty. I contacted Vrbo and they were unable to reach the host. Host finally messaged in the afternoon of the second day. The place was dirty (dust caked on fans, walls visibly dirty), fridge filter needed changing, cockroach in the bathroom, hot water in the master didn't work. Not a good value, but it was……

“Host was super friendly and communtive. The massive couch and bed are super comfy and the Smart TV was app friendly and ready to go! Loved the LED lights through-out the townhome. The balcony also had a comfy chair to enjoy the outside weather in.”

“Very clean hotel. Every member of the staff seemed very nice except for one employee who was nice enough but had a bit of an attitude. Other than that, it was pretty perfect – – super clean room and bedding – – nice shuttle drivers – – and the price was reasonable.”

“Nice place to stay. Shuttle driver Travis is very friendly. Front desk is good. Shuttle from 7am to 11pm is really helpful. ”
