“Nice complex and layout, but basics didn’t match the costWe stayed four nights. The complex is attractive, with a gym and pool, and the 2-bed/2-bath layout worked well. In-unit laundry and a reasonably stocked kitchen were definite pluses. There isn’t much within walking distance, so you’ll likely need a car or rideshare.The main frustrations were check-in and information. Most details were handled through a separate “guest portal” instead of the VRBO app. This was mentioned in the listing but……

“Very clean and well kept property. We were wanting a get away close to downtown Ft Worth and that’s exactly what we got. It was rainy, so had to drive in a park, but in sunny weather downtown, Sundance is easily walkable. Host was nice and communicative, process was easy with good directions. We would stay again.”

“We enjoyed our stay here! The road noise was quite loud but we just turned on some noise machine apps and it was good. Great location! Close proximity to everything. ”

Only complaint was banging doors in the am from the stairwell that are directly adjacent to the bedroom.Very attentive hosts who responded quickly to questions and kept us well informed.Will stay again”
