A DELICIOUS 4 person Cottage in the middle of De Betuwe

A DELICIOUS 4 person Cottage in the middle of De Betuwe

10/10 Excellent
"This property in Tuil was absolutely first class. The property itself has been renovated sympathetically and to an extremely high standard. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and beautifully fitted out. The beds were large and very comfortable. The lounge diner was a perfect size for the three of us and the kitchenette was fitted out to a very high spec. The entire place was spotless and well cared for when we arrived.Willem was a superb host for whom nothing was too much trouble. He gave us clear instructions and even shared some local knowlegde which saved us a few euros. The village of Tuil is delightful and a short cycle from the town of Zaltbommel with some super restaurants and brasseries. There is nothing better than sitting with a beer and some food overlooking the Waal (Rhine) watching the traffic on the river as the sun goes down. This was our first time driving to the Netherlands rather than flying and it was very easy to find the property and parking was plentiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in returning to Willem's place in Tuil should we return to this area or in recommending to other visitors who want a very comfortable, well fitted out stay with an attentive host."
