"I found the Hotel quite good , clean enough, staff tries to be helpful and very friendly but sometimes it is hard to communicate (some staff speak good enough English).The aircon was super quiet and worked well, shower was great and TV had some English Chanels for News,et. But I did not find the room as nice as in the pictures (older looking) but staff let us move rooms no problem.as i said they do try to accommodate. I found it quiet and relaxing. "I got chewed up by bed bugs!! I have videos and pictures of the bed bugs and pictures of the bites. They are extremely itchy. I showed them before I left. I will not pay for that night stay. Refund has been requested but Expedia tried calling them and they did not answer. It has been escalated to the Expedia manager. "
