“1-No room service during a 5 night stay except when I asked the front desk how often they cleaned rooms and their response was "every day"...so the room was cleaned only 1 of 5 nights.
2- Internet spotty and unreliable...it would cut out every night and required a call to the front desk to complain.
3- No coffee pod refills bcz they failed to clean room daily and replenish coffee pods.
4- Towel shortage. Only one fraying towel was issued. I had to ask for add'l towels since they didn't clean……

“We have stayed here many times over the years. The staff is super super nice people. This was the first time that our room was absolutely filthy and we had to ask for new sheets as they were stained the room smelled there was a tray underneath the refrigerator that was full of mold, the walls were sprayed with some kind of paint paint very disappointing.”
