“It's a convenient location , comfortable bed, pleasant staff , nice renovation from years past . Parking 10 ft from exterior room door was super convenient. ”

“The place was a great price. Wonderful staff. Not sure if it was the manager. But an Mediterranean/Arabic looking tall guy checked me in. He was amazing. The a young Russian girl in the morning. They both wet above and beyond. So refreshing because I've noticed a real downward spiral of Hotel's charging expensive prices and they are not up to par. this was a great stay. Busy as well. So they are doing something right.”

“Located downtown making it easy to walk to all the venues. Parking is underground and safe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms and hotel common spaces were clean. My wife is a germafob and she was completely comfortable here. The rooms were also high tech to control the lights, blinds, etc. Amazing stay. Would stay again.”

“一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.”
