Happy Valley Ranch
Your family will enjoy this “home away from home” when you visit beautiful Centre County. Located only a few miles from University Park Airport, Bryce Jordan Center, Beaver Stadium, downtown State College, Penn State Campus, and downtown Bellefonte. Take in the beautiful scenery each morning with a warm cup of coffee and relaxing views of the farm/mountain out of the bay window.
This home will provide guests with a full kitchen, two living spaces, dining area, three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms as well as a deck and swing set for children. Each bedroom is accompanied with a ceiling fan, black out curtains, and heat/air conditioning. It is the perfect place for a family or group needing a place to stay close to State College and Bellefonte, Pa.
Guests will have access to main floor. The basement is off limits and we ask to respect all closed closets and dressers. Paved driveway parking, free and on site. Guests are welcome to use laundry, iron and ironing board.

Wonderful house and host, exactly as described and pictured. Very well maintained and clean house with everything we could need for our trip. Excellent communication and care from the hose before, during and after the trip. She went out of her way to prepare some goodies and a birthday treat for me which was a nice surprise. Would definitely book again for game weekends.

Pennsylvania hospitality
I cannot say enough great things about this home and the family specifically. We needed a place close to state college to surprise my dad for his birthday with football tickets. We arrived and Alexis had balloons, a birthday card, and local treats as a surprise for us. We really were blown away and kept remarking how we feel like we’re home. SO very grateful and will definitely be back for future games!

We stayed at the Happy Valley Ranch with family for our daughter’s graduation weekend. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, comfortable and contained everything we could possibly need. Our host, Lexi, even provided welcome treats, snacks and water bottles. She thought of everything and was very responsive to all communications/questions. The house was close enough to State College to easily access graduation festivities, but far enough away to avoid the huge crowds. We had a wonderful experience.
