The owner/staff were very friendly and accommodating, we felt really welcomed here. Our room was very nice, from the bed, to the fridge with a freezer section, to the shower not being too low. The AC/heat units kept it whatever temp we wanted. Highly recommended.

The guy who checked me in was super nice and helpful telling me where my room was without me asking. The fact of actual coffee cups and real creamer and also flavored creamer being available was amazing not even motels/hotels who make you pay x2 or x3 the price provide that and my family and I will be back because of this amazing experience we had here. Only place we plan to stay when we come to see our family member who is in the hospital and also gonna be in a rehab up there. So huge thanks to all of you!!!!

The reception staff was so helpful and upgraded our rooms without us asking. Our room had a jacuzzi tub which was a great way to warm up after a day of rafting. They helped us figure out the TV channels and the attitude was pleasant and friendly. The rooms are updated-ish but I’ve stayed in a lot more “modern” looking rooms where the staff was not at all pleasant. Overall, the reception and management people made this stay memorable in a very positive way.
