“When we arrived we were in the budget room ground floor behind the reception desk. We were told we could upgrade for a further €15 , they also said we could book breakfast at €8 at check-in which we declined. We went up to see the rooftop it’s very shabby and needs a paint . Work is going on at the hotel they may up grade the rooftop . It’s a very clean hotel room and reception area. But I wonder how many people get offered the 1 budget room in the whole of the hotel, hoping they get an extra……

“Great sea view, clean hotel, comfy bed and excellent shower. Take your mosquito spray. My husband suffers bad with insect bites. We had the window open and he got bit a lot. Not the hotels fault but don’t forget your spray. Fab hotel excellent value and location. Would definitely stay again. We didn’t use the bar but it looks great with lovely sea view.”

“Myself and my husband absolutely love the primavera park hotel Its modern spotless and the breakfast is fabulous it's also in a great location! but on the down side I feel it lacks personal customer service! as I pointed out to them it was our forth time staying at the hotel but unfortunately their computer system didn't seem to recognize or appreciate returning customers.”

“I would highly recommend this hotel, as soon as we arrived I knew I made the right choice. The premises looked and smelled clean, staff are attentive and helpful. Rooms were clean and the food that they have on offer is delicious. Honestly never had any issues. This was my first time in Benidorm and shall be returning to this hotel. 😊”

“Breakfast was 8-10 with a good selection of food, and dinner from 8-9.30pm was also excellent with a great selection on the buffet to self serve. Location is perfect, all of old town to explore on the doorstep and the small (best winter beach as most sheltered) was only a few mins walk away. Staff are lovely too, hotel has a lift and stairs, room was spacious, would highly recommend for anyone who can manage the few steps to get into the hotel from the street.”
