Personale gentile Servizio da parte delle signorine del bar ottimo, veramente simpatiche e gentili Hotel non particolarmente bello, camere obsolete lenzuola del Letto strappate, sembra un hotel ad ore... nonostante la gentilezza delle ragazze non ci tornerei ... Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und auch das Bad. Da es kein Touristenhotel ist, war das Frühstück mit Kaffee, Saft und Croissants spartanisch. Alles andere würde Aufpreis kosten. Das Hotel liegt 10 km vom Iseo See entfernt und in der Nähe zum Bahnhof. Mich hat es nicht gestört

Cordialità e buon rapporto qualità prezzo

Personale molto gentile e disponibile, stanza moderna e di recente design. Colazione ok. Unica nota dolente le mura di carta non insonorizzate. Consiglio allo staff di invitare gli ospiti al silenzio serale limitando tv a tutto volume e voci/grida/gemiti senza controllo.

Hotel di picco!e dimensioni Staff gentile Stanza matrimoniale arredata in modo mo!to semplice Ottimo riscaldamento Televisione ampia e con ottima definizione Bagno standard e recente L'unico problema in stanza e' che mancava oltre all'armadio anche qualsiasi altra forma a parete x poter appendere gli abiti, ho dovuto appenderli sulla maniglia del bagno....stanza 12 Colazione.......quella inclusa nella prenotazione, comprende bevanda calda, una brioches ed un bicchiere di succo.....x qualcosa in piu' si paga la differenza. Non so se ci tornerei, in quanto la colazione a buffet e' indispensabile

Nice hotel close to Bergamo and Lake Iseo

The hotel was very nice, conveniently located with parking on site. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Don't book if you want close to Bergamo airport

I booked this airport thinking it was close to the airport (as they say in adverts). It wasn't. I got there after their bus service had finished. It was so far away that I had to shell out €50 for a taxi from the airport. The hotel is in a different area. When I got there they tried to charge me €20 for late check in. I argued with this on the basis that when I booked there was no mention of late check in fees, even when I emailed them for details. The standard of the hotel was not good. They put 3 beds in a tiny area so we had no space for our belongings, other than the floor beside the beds. It was an uncomfortable stay. I'm glad I was only there for one night. Breakfast is coffee and a pastry. I would never go back to this hotel and would not recommend it to others.

gentilezza e accoglienza a Gromello

Le piccole attenzioni e il sorriso in ogni momento, il caffè di benvenuto, la stanza grande e accoglientissima cosi come il bagno molto grande e pulto. tutto molto piacevole. L'unica disattenzione è del sito Expedia che non aggiorna i dati, e anche se l'hotel avvisa di non esporre servizi che non sono previsti, continua a lasciarli nelle descrizioni. ad esempio non bisogna lasciare che vi è un servizio navetta quando non è previsto. L'aggiornamento dei dati è fondamentale per un sito che si vuole affidabile. Per fortuna che il gestore si è prestato a fare da navetta, dietro un piccolo rimborso, agli orari richiesti.
