Should better meet the customer expectation
The room is smaller than expected, basically no space for luggage. Too many cushions on the bed given not a comfortable sofa is provided. Great location - even though the street is noisy. Trucks drive past 24/7. Great apartment but a bit worn down. Had trouble getting lights to work. Knobs came of the drawers. It was fine, but could use a little fix-up.
