“My room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were both helpful and friendly. Check in and checkout was quick and efficient. I didn’t use any of the amenities because of being so tired I slept late and didn’t make it down for breakfast. Missing breakfast was fine because I enjoyed sleeping late. I definitely would stay there again.”

“Upon arrival I went to check in and was told the room I booked and paid for was not available as there were “no king bed rooms on the first floor” so I was given a different room of two double beds instead. Not convenient for a couple travelling together nor is it what I paid for. There was also an abundance of black mold throughout the shower and bathroom. There were questionable stains on the linen and towels despite smelling clean. I didn’t expect 5 star hotel accommodations but I expected at……

“I enjoyed my stay due to the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was great because of the variety of options. And, the pool was fun. It would be nice to have a shaded place to relax once you get out of the pool and don't plan on leaving the pool.”

“Our 1st room had AC issues, had to be moved to a different room but this was solved. Breakfast is not free.”

“The property was not kept up. There were holes in the floor. The non smoking room had an ash tray and smelt so much like smoke it was very uncomfortable.”
