"We had a great couple of days here. The community is well located to get to and from the beaches (Fenwick and Bethany) and yet away from the crowds and in a really scenic part of Selbyville. We loved our stay and enjoyed the pool (there are 2). The place itself felt like home from the start, owner is really responsive and friendly, and it exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay again. Felt like home away from home.

Newly Renovated Oceanfront Penthouse With Wrap Around Deck

"The condo was as beautiful as the description. The view of the ocean was spectacular and we enjoyed the wrap around balcony. It was quite windy when we visited, so it was nice to to be able to sit on the street side when the wind was too much. We had a wonderful stay."

"The Pilot House was absolutely wonderful for our family. A welcoming home with the bonus of a relaxing pool area where we spent much of our time. Our host Rosemary was super responsive and had great information about the area. Bethany is a fabulous beach with a small town feel and the location of this house was fabulous ... close enough to be convenient, but a little ways away from the noise and bustle of town. I highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!! "
"This was such a great little place right on the boardwalk! Parking was easy, and we loved that we could walk everywhere in Bethany without ever needing the car. The unit itself was super clean, the beds were really comfortable, and the kitchen felt fresh and modern. What really stood out, though, was how quickly the owner responded—she answered my questions right away, which made everything stress-free. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again!"
"Wonderful and the transporation was excellent. Fishing at the back door. My Grandson got up early every day and fished we had to drag him in at dark. I think its a bit much to buy a license for a few day of back yard fishing."
