Have no idea who the manager is, was told my complaint would be added to the pile? I asked for a call, was told that he may call me the next day, as he was currently off. Well, it's been over a month, and no communication has been received. I would really like to get my money refunded and share some of the pictures of the condition of our……

“beautiful hotel, amazinggg food on property (fresh, hot, options), my kids loved the pool + there’s a separate scenic pathway connected to hotel that goes right out to the beach ! would def book again.”

“Beds were very hard ! There was no coffee in the lobby! With guests coming they should have had coffee!”

“My husband had to slam his shoulder into open our door to our room. The manager came over and had to do the same and said he knew about it. The microwave had rust in it. The blinds to the bathroom were broken and people walking outside could s the us in the bathroom. Said offered hair dryer and there was none. Rust in the bathroom and mold in the shower. Very noisy. Beds were very comfortable. ”

“I really like the room structure and the sea view with large floor-to-ceiling windows, but the cleanliness of the items in the room is not enough, the equipment is old, everything else is okay.”

From maintenance to front desk to the manager. 10 stars. I’ve never been to ocmd and this was an amazing experience. We will be back this summer. Excellent location impeccable staff. Thank you ”
