“This hotel was OUTSTANDING!! Staff were super responsive and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Close to beach and downtown and some even closer pubs and restaurants within 200 yards. Breakfast was full and attended to by 2 wonderful ladies. We will definitely stay here again. ”

“Great staff..... less than average property. This was a long weekend away for two adults. This was a nice place-ish. The staff were great, especially Tim the maintenence man and the front desk staff. It was un-nerving that the ENTIRE floor smelled like weed for the first 3 days we were there. And nothing was done about it. If i smoked a cigarette there we would have been charged incidentles. We did report this but nothing was done. The smell was sickening! There is no breakfast, but they……

“I really like the room structure and the sea view with large floor-to-ceiling windows, but the cleanliness of the items in the room is not enough, the equipment is old, everything else is okay.”

“A map of the hotel would have been helpful. It was like a maze. Our phone didn't work and no info of amneties. Loading and unloading luggage was challenging as there was not ALot of space. Luggage carts were few and far between. Breakfast at the hotel was very good. An ID needed at the bar regardless of age but at pool most people don't think to bring one down.”

“A staple and always consistent, perfectly located, hotel in Dewey. Whether in season of off-season, staff is kind, attentive, and welcoming! The garage parking is unexpected and wonderful! ”

“My husband had to slam his shoulder into open our door to our room. The manager came over and had to do the same and said he knew about it. The microwave had rust in it. The blinds to the bathroom were broken and people walking outside could s the us in the bathroom. Said offered hair dryer and there was none. Rust in the bathroom and mold in the shower. Very noisy. Beds were very comfortable. ”

“This place was good since the rooms were fully equipped with everything a person may need. But the smell of the place was horrible, it starts at the entry of the hotel alll the way around the property. We couldn’t stand it. Someone has to change the over all scent of the place, it is stinky. The small eating area,dinning staff was good but the food wasn’t. And the smell of the place spoils everything. ”
