“Just came back after a 2-night stay. The place was easy enough to find and we didn’t struggle for parking either, location is great. However, as it is self check-in there isn’t anyone around. Everything is done via text messages and code locks. The first room we were given hadn’t been cleaned at all after the previous guests had left. “Amazing hostel. I really enjoy my stay here. Owner Glenn is so helpful, resourceful and kind to have a chat. The volunteers Kasia and Dan are lovely to talk with. It feels a very cosy hostel, not too crowded, noisy and neither a party hostel. I was visiting for tourism and leisure and while many of the guests staying here for work or business, there were no issues. And Glenn kindly helped to sorted out a minor issue in the room very effectively. Just a note there is no stove but a microwave……

“The room was a fabulous size for the two of us. It had a kettle, a decent size shower room and was all very light and airy with a tv. The staff were really helpful and looked after our luggage for us. The bar was lively after the concert we attended and I believe there were parking options but we came on the train. It was such a handy location for anywhere around the centre of Hull. We would definitely book again as a fabulous base.”
